Refund & Cancellation Policy

We consider a refund within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis and do not offer unconditional refunds. Due to the increase of fraud in the industry (purchasing a product and then requesting a refund to get the product for free).

The products we provide are digital downloads, and we cannot limit their usage after download. Therefore, a refund will only be considered within 30 days after the purchase date.

However, you must first contact our support team. We always try our best to solve such issues for our customers and we will surely issue a refund if we are unable to fix the issue.

Yes. All products and services are refundable. The conditions for refund are mentioned below.

 

Conditions to qualify for a refund

Contacted our support team and shared your issue.

Not using the product or service that you are asking refund for.

Have followed the installation process properly.

Not violating our terms and conditions.

Complaining within 30 days of purchase.

Membership payment is only refundable if you have not downloaded any product using that membership access.

You can ask for refund via creating a Support Ticket or writing us at support@gploriginals.com.

The refund process can take up to 7-9 business days.

 

Delivery policy

All products are in digital form and can be downloaded immediately from My Account page just after purchasing.
